HEAD OF CULINARY DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Your tasks:

• Developing and implementing a seasonal, plant-based menu that is down-to-earth and surprising at the same time.
• Leading and motivating an experienced, well-rehearsed kitchen team.
• Continuously optimizing processes – for a kitchen that works efficiently, creatively and economically.
• Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP).

• Several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally in a managerial role.

RECEPTIONIST

Your responsibilities:

• Reception and care of our guests with a smile – in person and over the phone
• Check-in and check-out of guests as well as handling reservations
• Switchboard: Taking and forwarding calls
• Managing guest inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate departments
• Coordination of appointments and meeting rooms
• Handling of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, mail, and data maintenance
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing support when needed

What you bring:

• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Ideally some experience in the reception area, but newcomers are also welcome
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful moments
• Team player and flexible
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are advantageous
• High sense of responsibility and the ability to respond to the needs of our guests
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings

• Previous experience in service is an advantage, but not required

HOUSEKEEPING

• Changing bed linens and towels and replenishing bathroom supplies
• Ensuring cleanliness in all areas according to quality standards
• Maintenance and proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment
• Close collaboration with the team and support in room preparation
• Fulfilling individual guest requests regarding room amenities and care

What you bring:

• Careful, independent, and reliable work ethic
• Ideally, some experience in housekeeping, but newcomers are also welcome
• Friendly and helpful demeanor towards guests and colleagues
• Team player and flexible
• Good knowledge of German, English skills are an advantage
